Short Description: 
The main objective of the study was to develop proposal writing skills of young and upcoming researchers of environmental economics and other related branches of knowledge; to introduce key current policy concerns and research themes of environmental economics; to encourage original research aimed at strengthening and upgrading efforts for sustainable development in Sri Lanka and South Asia region.
