Note

To register for the course, you must first complete the online registration. Type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable). Items with an asterisk * are mandatory.

Once you have completed the application, click the ‘SUBMIT’ button to submit the application. You will be notified about the status of your application within three working days. You may choose to download the PDF form, insert the required information and send it as a file attachment to info@ergonline.org, alternatively you may print the form complete it and drop it at ERG office.

Once approved, you will be requested by email as well as over the phone to pay required course fees. The payment process will be notified when applicable.
